Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a style sheet language used for describing the look and formatting of a web page. It is very powerful and can do more than just formating fonts and margins. Here's a nice page with lots of CSS tricks css-tricks.com.

There's also a very nice set of examples how to make shapes.

According to WikiPedia: Ogg is a free, open container format maintained by the Xiph.Org Foundation. The creators of the Ogg format state that it is unrestricted by software patents and is designed to provide for efficient streaming and manipulation of high quality digital multimedia. Ogg is also one of the audio/video formats that HTML 5 supports natively for embedding multimedia in web pages.

An easy to use conversion utility to ogg is ffmpeg2theora, available for free at v2v.cc/~j/ffmpeg2theora. Just using a simple command line interface (examples are provided on their website), you can convert any audio/video formats to ogg, and then simply add the HTML 5 video command to play the video.
